Amazing. Simply amazing. If I were to say something as a criticism, I'd say that I would want a bit more shading on the two younger women's faces. That's really reaching, however, as you've done a stunning job.

The term "triumvirate" can be used with a government of three females also.

Dunno why, but the head of the rightmost woman is bothering me . But i´ll better be quiet, havent posted anything so far
